A Foundation for Curious, Confident Learners. The International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP) is designed to develop the whole child — academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. At Sekolah Bogor Raya, the PYP encourages children to be curious, thoughtful, and confident learners who understand how to ask questions, explore ideas, and make meaningful connections to the world around them.
Rather than learning through memorization alone, students in the PYP learn through inquiry. They explore big ideas that connect to real life — from understanding who they are and how the world works, to exploring how people express themselves and share the planet.This approach makes learning meaningful, engaging, and relevant to real life.
IB PYP is implemented across our Playgroup, Kindergarten, and Primary School, providing a consistent and supportive learning journey as children grow. Learning is guided by experienced educators in a safe, nurturing environment designed to support both academic and personal development.
