Registration
  • The School Admission Form must be completed and signed before the admission process can commence (paid Registration Fee/Observation/Trial/Identification Test). The School Fees (Facility Fee and Tuition Fee) must be paid before a prospective student is allowed to start school.
New Student Acceptance
  • Academic, social, and emotional aspects of prospective students will be taken into account as part of the admission process. All decisions regarding new student acceptance are final.
School Fees
  • The parent(s)/guardian(s) understands that school fees (Facility Fee and Tuition Fee) must be made by the due date. The Facility Fee must be paid within 5 working days of receiving the Acceptance Letter. The Tuition Fee for the first semester is due before May 1st and the Tuition Fee for the second semester is due before November 1st every calendar year.
  • The parent(s)/guardian(s) understands that students will not be allowed to attend classes if Tuition Fee and/or the Facility Fee are not paid in full by the dates specified above.
  • School fees (Facility Fee and Tuition Fee) may be invoiced at a reduced rate for new students who enroll after the commencement of a semester.
  • All school fees (Facility Fee and Tuition Fee) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The parent(s)/guardian(s) understands that school fees (Facility Fee and Tuition Fee) are likely to increase on a yearly basis. The increase will typically be informed to parents around December of the preceding year.
Medical Authorisastion
  • The student, parents(s) and/or guardian(s) agrees that in the event of illness or accident, the school will make reasonable attempts to contact the parent(s) or guardian(s). When notified, the parent agrees to pick up the student immediately.
  • In the event that the parent(s)/guardian(s) cannot be contacted, they grant Sekolah Bogor Raya full discretion to consult a licensed doctor of the school’s choice. All medical expenses and fees will be borne by the parent(s)/guardian(s).
  • The parent(s)/guardian(s) agrees that medication may be administered by school staff.
  • The parent(s)/guardian(s) agrees not to hold the school liable for the medical treatment provided to the student by the school.
Undertaking
  • The student, parent(s) and/or guardian(s) agree that they and the student will at all times adopt and comply with all rules, regulations, and policies which the school may adopt from time to time.
