On 31 January and 1 February 2026, Sekolah Bogor Raya hosted one of its most anticipated annual events: SBRMUN 2026, a Model United Nations conference that brought together Junior and Senior High School delegates from schools across Jabodetabek.
This year's theme, "Dawn of Liberation: Enhancing Legitimacy Amidst Global Uncertainty," set the tone for two days of serious, substantive engagement. Delegates didn't just debate. They researched, drafted policy, challenged each other's arguments, and found common ground on issues that mirror the real complexities facing world leaders today. It is the kind of intellectual work that sharpens minds and builds the confidence to use them.
The conference was further elevated by inspiring addresses from Bima Arya Sugiarto and Sandiaga Uno, whose messages grounded the proceedings in the realities of leadership and public service. Having voices of that caliber speak to our students is a reminder that the path from delegate to decision-maker is a real one.
What stood out most, beyond the formal sessions and polished speeches, was the energy in the room. Young people from different schools, sitting across from each other, taking ideas seriously and holding each other to a high standard. That is exactly what MUN is for.
SBRMUN 2026 was more than a simulation. It was a glimpse of what the next generation of leaders looks like when given the space to lead. We could not be more proud.

SBR marked 31 years with a burst of color, music, and community spirit, as students, teachers, and families came together to run, celebrate, and give back

Grade 7 students brought their interdisciplinary learning to life with a visit to Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, exploring Indonesia's culture and diversity firsthand.

From paintings to glass mosaics to crochet, our IBDP Visual Arts Exhibition was a showcase of the remarkable creativity and dedication living inside our student artists.

SBRMUN 2026 united Junior and Senior High delegates from across Jabodetabek for two days of diplomacy, debate, and bold ideas about the world's most pressing challenges.
